In my opinion General Fulbright was one of the most disliked A-Team pursuers. He was constantly sneering at them. However he changed his mind in the last episode he appeared in - "The Sound of Thunder" - when he completely changed his mind about the A-Team being guilty and he even asked for their help! Unfortunately upon finding his daughter in Vietnam he was killed.
