It was a shade long but I sort of enjoyed all the revisiting of old characters. I'm a sucker for a soppy ending!

Trailer for the first episode with 11th on the Beeb website now. (UK only it would appear -- knew we paid our license fees for something...)

I've promised myself I'm not going to have a strop about the change this time ;-) Would be my first lack-of-strop over a new Doctor in some 26 years should I manage it ;-)

Well I was utterly charmed and completely won over bythe 11th, in his first ep so there goes all my skepticism all over again ;-)

Lots of fun!

Yes, I was worried he might be a bit nuts and abit zany but then, he is still regenerating. But I liked him too. I think he will grow on me. I really like Amelia/Amy too.

I think you've always got to give it at least two episodes -- regeneration stories are never really typical I don't think.

Yeah - I intend to give him the whole series :-)

I think, so far, most episodes this series have been really good. However I didn't enjoy this weeks episode so much, perhaps the second part will be better. They always manage to make the trailers look really exciting, so I am suspicious.

Okay, I have to admit that I got a little bit emotional towards the end of last nights episode. So either it was a good one, or my hormones are out of control.
