Colonel Decker in my opinion was the best adversary that the A-Team had. Many times Decker thought he had the A-Team trapped and cornered when they pulled off another daring plan to let themselves free.

"First appeared in the second season episode "When You Comin' Back Range Rider?" Supposedly carried a grudge against the Team - especially Smith - since Vietnam.
