This sports car, a Corvette, was bought by Face. It is not seen in the episodes as often as the van because only two people can fit in it at a time and the A-Team consisted of four big suckers plus Amy or Tawnia as well at times the people they are helping. As a result everybody can't fit in a Corvette so that is why you see the van most often.

You usually see the Vette when the team are just grouping together at the beginning of an episode or if the team need to go somewhere in more style than the van, for example, a posh golf club.

The Corvette was not owned by Universal, it was rented from a car rental in order to reduce costs. The rented Corvette was plain white and the red stripe had to be added every time by using red tape. The license plate was IHJG851.

Model Year Highlights:
- 1984 was the second highest production year in the history of Corvette.

- The rear window hatch was the largest piece of glass installed on an American production automobile at that time.

- Radiator design was new incororating aluminum fins and a plastic reservoir. Brake components supplied by Girlock of Australia were new and included aluminum calipers. In order to achieve more ground clearance and lower overal height, the engine was moved more rearward necessitating the incorporation of the exhaust up into the transmission tunnel. This resulted in a large transmission tunnel design and less interior footwell room.
